The Story

From Agency Owner to Agency Coach

I started my first marketing agency in New York City over 15 years ago. Like most agency owners, I learned everything the hard way — bad hires, underpriced services, clients who treated me like an employee, and the constant feeling that my business owned me instead of the other way around.

Eventually, I figured out the systems. I built frameworks for acquiring clients, delivering results, and scaling operations. I grew my own agency, Swenk Enterprises, into a multi-million dollar operation and started coaching other agency owners along the way.

Today, I have coached over 500 agencies, helped generate $50M+ in collective revenue, and developed three proprietary frameworks — MASS, MAD, and BrandOS — that give agency owners a clear path from overwhelmed to in control.

2010

Founded Swenk Enterprises

Started a digital marketing agency in New York City with one laptop and zero clients. Learned every lesson the hard way.

2013

Hit the First $1M in Revenue

Built a team, systematized delivery, and crossed the 7-figure mark. Started documenting what worked and what did not.

2016

Started Coaching Other Agencies

Other agency owners kept asking how I built systems that actually scaled. Turned those conversations into a coaching practice.

2018

Launched the Agency Playbook

Packaged everything into a structured course with the MASS, MAD, and BrandOS frameworks. First cohort of 50 agency owners.

2020

Agency Mastery Mastermind Goes Live

Launched the mastermind for agency owners at $30K+/month. Weekly hot seats, annual retreat, and a community that pushes each other higher.
